Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with the field of study as Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Technology Leadership, focus on communication, interpersonal, ethical and legal knowledge, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- 7+ years of experience in Business acumen with the ability to quickly grasp the business and economic issues of a situation and identify the best solution.
- 12+ years of experience in information technology management with a focus on managing an IT team of architects, business analysts, and business solution managers.
- 7+ years of experience in Information Technology with software/application development and product ownership.
Responsibilities
- Understand the details of technical problems and work with teams to provide solutions. Assist and advise the Technical Product Owners and their teams on key decisions.
- Accountable for planning of staff resources, prioritization, and providing recommendations for one year and multi-year strategic planning to the business lines. Work with leaders to manage the portfolio of work.
- Work with the Technical Product Owners to execute the product road map to meet strategic goals. Work across product teams to plan the objectives for the teams.
- Ensure Associated Bank systems and various third-party applications, environments or vendors create a positive customer experience and provide a competitive advantage for our business owners.
- Carry out manager responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Ensure all compliance, regulatory & risk management requirements are met.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPI’s) to measure the success of product initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Product Owner
- 7+ years of experience being comfortable working in a diverse environment with the ability to deal with ambiguity while adapting easily to rapidly changing business conditions.
- 7-10 years of experience in managing enterprise application in one or more of the following: Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, Signature, Onbase, etc.
