Requirements
- 5+ years of high-volume F&B management experience, preferably in a multi-use venue, stadium, arena, or large event setting.
- Proven expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt to dynamic event schedules.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry trends, guest service best practices, and food safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all F&B operations, including concessions, premium dining, bars, and special event catering.
- Drive revenue and profitability through effective cost control, inventory management, and budgeting.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of managers, supervisors, and frontline staff to deliver top-tier service.
- Ensure a seamless and high-quality F&B experience that aligns with guest expectations and event demands.
- Maintain all health, safety, and food service standards in accordance with local regulations.
- Work closely with suppliers and key partners to source high-quality products and maintain strong relationships.
