Requirements

  • 5+ years of high-volume F&B management experience, preferably in a multi-use venue, stadium, arena, or large event setting.
  • Proven expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt to dynamic event schedules.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, guest service best practices, and food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all F&B operations, including concessions, premium dining, bars, and special event catering.
  • Drive revenue and profitability through effective cost control, inventory management, and budgeting.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of managers, supervisors, and frontline staff to deliver top-tier service.
  • Ensure a seamless and high-quality F&B experience that aligns with guest expectations and event demands.
  • Maintain all health, safety, and food service standards in accordance with local regulations.
  • Work closely with suppliers and key partners to source high-quality products and maintain strong relationships.
