Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong track record in leadership roles.
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership position overseeing multiple locations.
  • Experience using HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
