Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in implementation, technical integrations or similar with specific industry alignment for US healthcare insurers and health systems
- Strong executive presence, with a track record of managing external relationships and working through technical integrations in the healthcare space (API integrations, PACs, Gateway, etc.)
- Self-starter excited about leading in innovative projects and passionate about changing the US healthcare landscape through AI
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation process with new/existing customers and providers in partnership with internal technology and operation leadership from early stage implementation to successful post-launch hypermonitoring.
- Strong customer and relationship management skills in order to solve complex problems at the forefront of innovating radiology technology across the healthcare space.
- Utilize your deep knowledge and best-in-class expertise of the health system, API integrations, PACs integrations to partner with technology leadership to create scalable workflows to maximize the value and efficiency of our programs to our partners.
- Craft articulate and effective narratives through PowerPoint, Excel, etc. to external and internal stakeholders to drive alignment on key strategic and technological decisions for Covera products & programs.
