Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics/Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, inventory management, or supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic logistics and inventory controls
- Must be systems literate in both Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (NetSuite preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high level excel and quantitative skills including pivot tables, lookup functions, and ad-hoc reporting required
- Exceptional leadership, team management and communication abilities
- Must be willing to travel in support of operational functions as required
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of freight forwarding logistics plus local and international transportation, including vendor management, contract management, and compliance
- Build, mentor, train and lead a high-performing logistics team across multiple states
- Develop and execute a comprehensive logistics and inventory management strategy in line with company objectives in support of local site operations
- Establish and enforce inventory management controls and best practices
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline logistics and inventory workflows, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and operational efficiency
- Establish and monitor KPIs to constantly evaluate performance and identify areas for continuous improvements
- Conduct regular audits of logistics and inventory processes to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Collaborate with executive leadership and play a key role in Warehouse Management System implementation aligned with company strategies
- Stay up to date with industry’s best practices, technology and process

Preferred Qualifications
- APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
- Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
