Requirements
- 7+ years of account management and/or business development experience with a proven track record of success growing established partners and securing new business opportunities
- An ownership mentality where you know your business, establish priorities and lead execution to deliver on your objectives and grow your book of business
- Demonstrated success in combining data analysis with synthesis to create strategic and tactical action plans that grow relationships and revenue
- Experience with negotiating contracts, influencing business outcomes and closing opportunities
- Exceptional team player with strong interpersonal skills, time management skills and detail-orientation
- Exceptional ability to serve as a liaison, internally and externally, with a keen and discerning ability to advocate for our partner’s objectives and the Home Solutions business
- Competitive mindset with an aptitude for growth and a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding goals and objectives
- Proven track record of leading several high-profile projects simultaneously and balancing competing priorities

Responsibilities
- Building long-term, high-performing relationships with partners blending analytics and data-driven decision-making with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to drive profitable growth with market-leading brands
- Identifying and developing relationships, beyond a primary point of contact, with senior leaders and C-suite executives across your partnership portfolio to influence desired business outcomes
- Building or leveraging partner reporting dashboards and frameworks to track, measure and communicate partner performance relative to established key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Leveraging your strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot issues, align the right stakeholders and drive to resolution, matching urgency with impact to the business or team
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve partner KPIs, resolve issues and execute new growth opportunities that maximize revenue generation
- Partnering with the VP of Partnerships to scope, model and execute on go-to-market strategies
- Leveraging prior experience to become an expert in your categories by developing a detailed understanding of the competitive landscape, consumer trends and category friction points
- Building and delivering outstanding partner presentations that blend the art and science of negotiation to secure strong business outcomes that move our partnerships forward
- Demonstrating strong communication skills and executive presence
- Building and delivering high-quality, detail-oriented presentations through a combination of in-person and virtual meetings
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with performance-based marketing or managing affiliate relationships is a plus
- Experience with home services brands or the home services marketing landscape is a plus
