Requirements

Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a clear global product strategy and vision for the Data product portfolio, aligned with the company’s overall strategic goals.
- Identify customer needs to inform product strategy and differentiation.
- Collaborate with data engineering, architecture, and BI engineering teams to define product requirements, features, and functionality based on customer feedback.
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality product releases.
- Work closely with regional teams to adapt the global product strategy to local markets while maintaining consistency across regions.
- Drive successful product launches in collaboration with data engineering, architecture, and BI engineering teams.
- Monitor and analyze product adoption, collecting feedback from customers and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
- Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Lead and influence without direct authority, ensuring alignment and commitment to the product vision.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess product success, monitor progress, and make data-driven decisions.
- Regularly report on product performance to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points related to data products, using insights to prioritize feature development and enhancements.
- Identify and address potential risks or challenges that could impact the success of the product portfolio.
