Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in leading product marketing that includes: Messaging and positioning, competitive analysis, quantitative and qualitative analysis, product launch management, Analyst Relations, GTM strategy and sales tool development, leveraging customer and market insights to inform product roadmap, and more
  • 5-7+ years experience storytelling and delivering compelling product marketing results
  • B2B SaaS / technical product marketing experience required. CLM experience preferred
  • Experience collaborating effectively with sales and customer-facing teams to achieve revenue results
  • A track record of delivery on complex projects, using strong organizational skills and ability to work cross-functionally and with executive stakeholders
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of product messaging, positioning, and enablement, with an eye toward competitive differentiation across all relevant personas
  • Drive awareness and adoption of LinkSquares products/solutions through expanding our customer base and clearly communicating our value to our ideal customer profile and use cases
  • Own project management, planning, and timelines on major launches in key innovation areas. Execute product launches that demonstrate innovation to drive new logo acquisition and customer retention
  • Develop a deep understanding of the voice of our customers/prospects and take action on quantitative and qualitative insights that drive results across marketing, sales, product, and customer success
  • Influence roadmap and lead launches for new products/capabilities
  • Shape GTM Strategy with creative ideas that position LinkSquares as a leader and help achieve our pipeline goals
  • Collaborate to inspire and win customers by communicating how LinkSquares can solve prospects’ problems (ICP & persona level)
  • Drive deeper adoption and engagement across customer segments. Introduce solutions and features that solve their business problems and increase loyalty
  • Partner with demand generation team to tell compelling stories that help build demand and pipeline (Thought leadership, website updates, product demos, product tours, webinars & more)
  • Create product/solution specific content including but not limited to solution brief, datasheet, eBook, whitepaper, case studies, one-pager and more
  • Develop compelling and easy to understand internally facing content for GTM team including; sales training, positioning, messaging, FAQs, battle cards & more
