Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and proven success in driving significant growth in a dynamic environment. Real Estate license is required.
- Extensive sales leadership experience with a history of exceeding ambitious targets, ideally through sales teams of 15+.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to communicate with agents out in the field and at the C-Level
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, trends, and competitive landscapes. Must be willing to get state Real Estate license.
- Strong Technical Skills and proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
- Successful record running multi-unit organizations with sales and operational responsibility.
- Deep understanding of the real estate industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Exceptional leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- History of meeting and exceeding sales and profit objectives.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve aggressive revenue targets and drive significant growth in the region.
- Recruit, select, train, motivate, inspire, and hold accountable a high-performing team of sales professionals to excel.
- Manage and direct the market center, ensuring alignment with national organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain KPIs for Agents in line with Mark Spain’s broader business objectives.
- Develop a talent bench of future leaders to grow and expand the market center.
- Provide continuous coaching and support to drive performance, ensuring each team member is equipped for success.
- Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships to enhance market presence and drive business growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Report team performance to regional leader and attend company leadership meetings as needed.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
