Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or related roles with a focus on outbound and inbound strategies.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing sales development teams.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
- Proven track record of success in exceeding personal and team quotas.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive qualified pipeline growth through effective lead generation, nurturing, and outbound sales strategies, both driven by teams of BDRs and leveraging AI to scale.
- Manage and optimize a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), ensuring performance goals and KPIs are consistently achieved.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to align campaigns, messaging, and lead generation efforts.
- Build and refine sales development processes, including lead scoring, outreach strategies, and performance tracking.
- Utilize data-driven insights to assess team performance, identify trends, and implement improvement strategies.
- Own the development and execution of new outbound motions that scale internationally.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth within the team.
- Manage tools and technologies such as CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, and reporting tools.
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline generation, team performance, and key success metrics to leadership.
