Requirements
- Master’s in Health Sciences or a related field
- 5 years of increasingly responsible positions within health services, health promotion, in higher education
- Experience supervising multiple professionals
Responsibilities
- Establish a campus-wide integrated wellness model for assessing and improving student wellness
- Provide supervision for Student Health Center, Peer Educator program, and other wellness-related initiatives
- Research innovative wellness programs and best practices; coordinate with campus partners to implement programs and initiatives
- Participate in the Student Affairs Leadership Team and engage in division-wide planning
- Build an ongoing, collaborative relationship with the Student Counseling Center
Preferred Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in a student health or wellness position including leadership experience
- Experience leading a student health center
