Requirements
- Proven experience leading strategic partner initiatives, with the ability to think big-picture while also executing and managing day-to-day operations
- Strong executive presence with the ability to build and maintain relationships at the highest levels of partner organizations
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex initiatives, and mentor junior team members. People management experience is a strong plus
- A track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, particularly in industries like technology, financial services, or identity verification
- Data-driven with the ability to measure partner success, track performance metrics, and continuously improve partner strategies to maximize results
- Adept at identifying and implementing innovative solutions to streamline processes and improve partner outcomes
Responsibilities
- Drive the most innovative and high-impact partnerships within CLEAR, breaking into new verticals and delivering revenue-generating opportunities from contract signature to launch and renewal
- Establish and maintain executive-level relationships across C-suite stakeholders at Fortune 500 companies, leading in-person meetings, conferences, and quarterly business reviews
- Develop, lead, and refine comprehensive partner enablement programs that streamline partner onboarding, integration, and long-term success
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams to identify and capitalize on new verticals and opportunities within the identity verification space
- Own strategic planning and execution of key partner initiatives, with a focus on maximizing revenue, driving partner performance, and expanding partner portfolios
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team that manages key partnerships and ensures partner success. Build and scale the partner enablement function as CLEAR continues to grow
Preferred Qualifications
- People management experience is a strong plus
