Requirements

  • Expertise in Workday, Tableau, Culture Amp, SQL, and fluency in a data science language like Python, R, or VBA.
  • Proficiency in advanced analytics techniques, including regression analysis, clustering, and predictive modeling.
  • Strong data storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and engaging executive-level presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate data from multiple systems to create unified people analytics insights.
