About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Director of Partner Systems to join our Engineering and Innovation Group at SRS. This role will report directly to the Senior Director – eCommerce & Product Engineering and will be responsible for leading and scaling Partner Systems initiatives, including:
- Credit Card Program Implementation
- Fulfillment Applications
- Integration Implementations with Large CRM Partners
- Commercial Services Platform (Grids)
This individual will play a pivotal role in driving the architecture, strategy, and execution of these initiatives while ensuring seamless collaboration with leadership, peers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and own the Partner Systems portfolio, ensuring successful execution of credit card programs, fulfillment applications, and CRM integrations.
- Drive technology strategy and implementation using Azure Cloud components for application development and integration.
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to align business objectives with technology solutions.
- Oversee integration projects with large CRM platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and system efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers and product managers to foster a high-performance, collaborative environment.
- Ensure scalability and reliability of the Commercial Services Platform (Grids) and other key systems.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party integrations to enhance the partner ecosystem.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to drive alignment and execution.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 2+ years in a Director-level position.
- Strong expertise in Azure Cloud and experience implementing cloud-based solutions.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale integrations with CRM platforms and third-party systems.
- Experience with Credit Card/Payment implementation programs, Fulfillment applications, and Commercial Design and Service platforms is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills—comfortable working with senior leadership, peers, and external partners.
- A strong people leader with experience in mentoring and managing engineering & product teams.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
