Director – Product Design

10+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience designing and launching consumer mobile applications for iOS and Android, web/eCommerce, and enterprise web desktop solutions.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design expertise.
Proven expertise in design and research process and strategy.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
Solid understanding of mobile design patterns, accessibility, and platform guidelines (iOS/Android).
Experience in conducting user research, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on design execution when needed.

Build, mentor, and inspire a world-class UX/UI design team, fostering innovation and professional growth.
Define and drive the overarching UX/UI vision, strategy, design principles, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with business goals and user expectations.
Partner with executive leadership to influence product roadmaps and long-term strategic planning.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to align design initiatives with business objectives and user needs.
Oversee the end-to-end design process, ensuring high-quality, user-centered design solutions at scale.
Drive research-led design decisions by leveraging user insights, usability testing, and data analytics.
Establish and maintain a scalable design system and visual identity across all mobile and web platforms.
Advocate for user experience and design thinking at the executive level, influencing key product and business decisions.
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in mobile and web UX/UI design.

Product domain experience in one of the following areas is preferred: residential internal, consumer IOT, or smart home.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (preferred).
