Requirements
- BSEE or another relevant technical degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, with a strong track record of technical contributions and leadership.
- Deep subject matter expertise in specific areas such as embedded memory technology, semiconductor design, test, EDA, IP, and end applications.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive complex projects to successful completion, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in engaging with large global customers and technology partners, presenting technical features, and translating them into benefits for target applications.
- Effective communication skills in written, verbal, and presentation formats, with the ability to engage senior-level technical experts and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the technical marketing strategy to position our products as industry leaders.
- Engage with key customers to understand their needs, present technical features, and translate them into benefits for target applications.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products, positioning us as a leader in the industry.
- Act as a product evangelist, promoting our products through presentations, webinars, and industry events.
- Work closely with product management, engineering, and sales teams to define product requirements and develop marketing strategies.
- Create technical content such as white papers, case studies, and technical presentations to support marketing efforts.
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a globally dispersed environment with team members in multiple locations and an ability to thrive in a matrixed organizational structure.
- Technical knowledge and ability to engage senior-level technical experts internally and externally.
- An advanced degree (MSEE or MBA with marketing concentration) is preferred.
