Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 11 years’ experience in product management
  • 13 years’ experience in product management or related area
  • Knowledge of product and feature analytics; data analysis tools and techniques; research for analysis activities; documentation procedures; modern industry practices and emerging trends
  • Knowledge of customer and business problems; design thinking; dependencies and impacts on product processes; journey mapping; process optimization; communication and influencing techniques
  • Knowledge of product roadmap development techniques; project management techniques; modern business practices (e.g., Agile methodologies, Scrum); product development lifecycles
  • Knowledge of problem formulation and solutioning; business strategies; customer segments and needs; product discovery process; rapid prototyping and lean experimentation methodologies
  • Knowledge of verbal/non-verbal behaviors; application and allocation of business communication styles; situational awareness; elements of emotional intelligence and influencing styles
  • Knowledge of competitive technology landscapes; existing portfolio of enterprise systems; software quality assurance methodologies; emerging technology and industry trends
  • Knowledge of domain-specific methodologies, tools, and processes; domain-specific products; domain-specific best practices

Responsibilities

  • Lead the vision and charter to build an inspirational and intuitive browsing experience for customers
  • Define a vision and strategy for the Browse experience
  • Reimagine the largest Omni Browse platform to help customers find products, services, and content
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract great product talent
  • Define and measure key measures of success
  • Drive alignment of features for a complex product by navigating through organizational/market constraints
  • Mentor team members on product roadmap and development
  • Manage roll out and scaling of complex products/features

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 10 years’ experience as a product manager
  • Supervisory experience
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences
  • Knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices
