Requirements
- Must have been a Sr manager or higher for 2+ Years
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Researches, designs and develops corporate, division and/or region level plans that support the Company’s business objectives.
- Works with Sales and Marketing senior leaders to gain alignment on strategies and deliver program growth.
- Work with teams to leverage data to show value and impacts of programs and incentives.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Provide stakeholders with insights based on data and anecdotal evidence to optimize programs with the primary goal of increasing leads and revenue.
- Evaluate data to improve tracking, usage, and trend identification.
- Work with Sales Operations and Legal to ensure programs are operating efficiently and compliantly.
- Direct annual sales recognition program and event.
- Oversee the organization’s sales effectiveness team to support and enable sales teams to obtain leads and incentive participation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive related professional experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
