Requirements

  • Must have been a Sr manager or higher for 2+ Years
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Researches, designs and develops corporate, division and/or region level plans that support the Company’s business objectives.
  • Works with Sales and Marketing senior leaders to gain alignment on strategies and deliver program growth.
  • Work with teams to leverage data to show value and impacts of programs and incentives.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Provide stakeholders with insights based on data and anecdotal evidence to optimize programs with the primary goal of increasing leads and revenue.
  • Evaluate data to improve tracking, usage, and trend identification.
  • Work with Sales Operations and Legal to ensure programs are operating efficiently and compliantly.
  • Direct annual sales recognition program and event.
  • Oversee the organization’s sales effectiveness team to support and enable sales teams to obtain leads and incentive participation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive related professional experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
