Requirements
- Meaningful experience managing teams and in tech sales enablement, with a strong emphasis on product, tools, skills, and process training.
- A fundamental understanding of CRM and sales enablement technologies.
- Superb communication skills! You believe in keeping all of your stakeholders in the loop and know that multiple mediums of communication are the key to success.
- The mentality of an entrepreneur/owner and a strong bias to action.
Responsibilities
- Full ownership of the sales enablement strategy, including training programs, sales methodology, and tool implementation.
- Authentically leading and mentoring a team of sales enablement professionals.
- Building and fostering relationships with sales leadership, product marketing, and other key stakeholders.
- Designing and delivering engaging training programs on product knowledge, sales skills, and processes.
- Analyzing sales performance data and providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Evaluating and implementing sales enablement technologies to enhance productivity.
- Mapping and improving sales processes to optimize efficiency.
