- Experience working with or within the technology industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with budget management.
- Experience working with or within the Salesforce ecosystem is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for the Salesforce Military Program, aligning with Salesforce’s overall mission and goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging trends and technologies, including AI and Agentforce, to ensure the program remains relevant and competitive.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and impact.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key external partners, including Hiring Our Heroes, military organizations, and industry leaders.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with program objectives and mutual benefit.
- Explore and develop new partnership opportunities to expand program reach and impact.
- Develop and manage the program’s budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and financial accountability.
- Oversee program operations, including training delivery, certification programs, career support, and community engagement.
- Implement and optimize program processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on program progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
- Engage with the military community, actively listening to their needs and feedback to inform program development.
- Directly manage the Salesforce Military Program team, providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Oversee the hiring and onboarding of new team members.
- Act as an advocate for the Salesforce Military Program within Salesforce and the broader community.
- Represent the program at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with or within the Salesforce ecosystem is a plus.
