Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field AND minimum 10 years of experience in finance, finance accounting, management consulting, investment banking, or related field OR Equivalent experience
- Minimum 4 years of people management experience
Responsibilities
- Identify new opportunities for growth and leverage, make novel strategic recommendations, and drive strategy development for Member & Customer Success
- Drive development of collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and internal Strategic Finance partners to by providing a metrics-oriented perspective through a cross-functional lens
- Provide management with insights into drivers of headcount, expense, risks and opportunities
- Take a leadership role in the coordination of the various planning cycles (annual planning, quarterly/monthly forecasts, weekly outlooks)
- Leverage insights, data, internal/external trends, and narratives to influence stakeholders and executive leadership
- Drive alignment by synthesizing problems and communicate point of view to support decision-making on strategic issues affecting the function/line of business/organization
- Serve as a resource for stakeholders and leadership across functions/lines of business/organizations to answer a wide variety of complex questions
- Lead and develop multiple complex workstreams, projects, or operational processes within the MCS organization
- Anticipates obstacles and leverages expertise to recommend and drive implementation of innovative solutions
- Foster an environment of excellence and inclusivity within the team, providing mentorship and actionable feedback in alignment with the culture and value of the organization, including people development and diversity, inclusion, and belonging
Preferred Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years of people management experience
- 8+ years of experience in the technology industry
- Ability to operate in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
- Ability to demonstrate thought-leadership, teamwork, anticipate business needs, and manage relationships with senior stakeholders
