Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in an operational, management, or services delivery role
  • Strong operational background and track record of making data driven decisions
  • Proven experience leading technical programs in a fast-moving product organization
  • Ability to navigate complex, cross-functional environments and drive results
  • Ability to quickly drill down to solve problems and take ownership of the resolution
  • Proven ability to organize technical teams
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically

Responsibilities

  • Owning and developing strategies for the teams’ priorities
  • Overseeing the execution of key product initiatives, ensuring speed, efficiency, and quality
  • Leading, mentoring, and scaling a team of Technical Program Managers (TPMs), fostering a high-performance culture
  • Facilitating goal setting for teams and individual contributors
  • Developing business processes
  • Analyzing data
  • Create structure for the team to solve business problems
  • Maintain a culture of trust, accountability and commitment to goal delivery
  • The role builds a foundation of excellence through metrics, infrastructure, business processes, best practices, budgeting, and reporting
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to align on priorities and drive outcomes
  • Identify and resolve program risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies to keep projects on track.
