Director – Technical Program Management

7+ years of experience in an operational, management, or services delivery role
Strong operational background and track record of making data driven decisions
Proven experience leading technical programs in a fast-moving product organization
Ability to navigate complex, cross-functional environments and drive results
Ability to quickly drill down to solve problems and take ownership of the resolution
Proven ability to organize technical teams

Overseeing the execution of key product initiatives, ensuring speed, efficiency, and quality
Leading, mentoring, and scaling a team of Technical Program Managers (TPMs), fostering a high-performance culture

The role builds a foundation of excellence through metrics, infrastructure, business processes, best practices, budgeting, and reporting
