Requirements
- At Least 16 Years of Related Experience
- Relevant Bachelors and Advanced Degree
- TS/SCI Eligible
- Demonstrated verbal communication skills delivering complex programmatic and technical concepts to customers and company management.
- Demonstrated performance establishing and maintaining trusted customer relationships.
- Demonstrated performance delivering multiple, simultaneously executing projects or task orders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidiscipline teams consisting of employees and employees of partner companies.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the successful technical/schedule/cost performance of a major IDIQ program, delivering technical analysis products and capabilities to the DIA/MSIC customer in Huntsville AL.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Customer and Peraton.
- Maintain aggressive efforts to achieve objectives and act as a programmatic and technical liaison with partners and vendors.
- Responsible for all phases of the program budget, develop and execute Quality Assurance Programs for all products and services.
- Responsible for preparing staffing plans, including skill and labor mix.
- Responsible for executing the staffing plan by bringing the best available Peraton and Partner employees to bear.
- May directly support the interviewing and hiring of staff.
- Monitor contract, subcontract cost performance and funding.
- Develop and deliver required contract, departmental, project and financial reports.
- Support business development in the capture of the IDIQ and subsequent Task Orders.

- Missiles and Space Intelligence Center (MSIC) Experience
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional certification
