Requirements
- 7+ years of work experience in Technology Strategy with a top-tier consulting firm
- 7+ years of experience in Technology and Financial Services / Banking
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, or technology related fields
- MBA or other comparable and professional degrees
- Strong business acumen, with demonstrated aptitude for strategic, analytical, and critical thinking
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, influencing, and relationship building skills
- Experience in working with senior executive level stakeholders to lead discussions and meetings
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technology strategists to drive various strategic initiatives, including developing technology strategy, plans, scope, approach, roadmaps for PB&DT
- Collaborate cross horizontally with various senior executives and leaders to provide subject matter expertise, thought leadership and act as a strategic advisor
- Develop executive level materials for senior executives, C-suite, and Board
- Partner with various senior leaders across enterprise to drive enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and activities
- Lead different executive meetings on a frequent basis to key strategic topics and initiatives
- Lead development and execution of strategic offsites and other senior leadership sessions by creating content and engaging external subject matter experts / consulting firms
- Drive thought leadership and benchmarking in various technology landscapes and trends
