Requirements
- Is 18+ years old
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience
- Previous experience in working with the following systems: HBSI, Derbysoft, Opera PMS and ORS, Onyx, and OTA
Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy of rates, restrictions, inventory, and policies across all MGM systems
- Respond to guest and third-party inquiries, including Best Rate Guarantee claims
- Use third-party tools to resolve reservation and billing issues; escalate when needed
- Monitor rate parity and identify discrepancies across booking channels
- Support special projects, including data maintenance, documentation, and timing tests
- Input manual reservations into the MGM central system
- Perform daily tasks such as rate/policy updates, reservation changes, revenue collection, commission research, and promotion setup across channels
