Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or other related field
- 6+ years of demonstrated effectiveness in a distribution or manufacturing environment, leading a team
- Proficient computer skills: including Microsoft Office
- Experience with Automated DCs is a plus
- Experience with SAP, WMS systems is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the distribution center, ensuring efficient and effective operations
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and identify areas for improvement based on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People
- Develop and maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts as they arise
- Analyze production and operating reports to address and resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance challenges, minimizing costs and delays
- Formulate comprehensive operations business plans encompassing program requirements, labor hours, cycle times, costs, and company image
- Lead change initiatives within the distribution center, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption
- Drive a safety-first mindset throughout the operation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Automated DCs is a plus
- Experience with SAP, WMS systems is a plus
