Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related (open to recent graduates)
- Some knowledge and/or experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse responsibilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word and PowerPoint) with solid Excel skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.
Responsibilities
- Plan and release work orders to the warehouse.
- Schedule pick-ups and create bill of lading.
- Plan and schedule international shipments.
- Interface with customer service to ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Meet required deliverables while promoting a safe and secure work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP or ERP experience a plus
