Requirements
- Data analytics and financial modeling ability is required
- Excellent verbal and written delivery of communication

- Deep understanding of healthcare staffing enterprise economics/incentives and value drivers
- Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 14+ years of work experience
Responsibilities
- Define division growth plans and budget including strategic imperatives, and action plans to lead, develop, and engage entire business units and ancillary partnerships to achieve the financial goals of the division and AMN Healthcare.
- Track and report industry trends to achieve a competitive edge in the marketplace, by obtaining competitive intelligence (e.g. market share information) and industry practices in order to develop strategy, assessment, and structuring of new partnerships, deal partnerships, and markets.
- Collaborate with internal partners (i.e. Accounts Receivable, Client Contracts Team, Legal, Clinical Services) to increase efficiencies in placement- or placement management-related business processes or resolve escalated service issues to improve the healthcare client’s overall satisfaction.
- Meet with cross-divisional/departmental leadership on a routine basis to share and implement best practices (i.e., opportunities to increase demand, optimize marketing strategies, and improve operational efficiency) to increase the productivity of account management and sales teams.
- Participate in and/or lead weekly account management meetings and 1:1 team member meetings to maintain strong communication, and build trust and collaboration. Weekly, review department production results with Nursing and Allied Senior Leadership to measure progress, develop strategies for overcoming challenges, and/or sustain momentum.
- Partner with the Vice President, Account Management to measure team members through individual and group discussions on team performance, data tracked, support skill-building opportunities, and strategize toward Key Performance Indicators achievement.
- Design and employ relevant tools and strategies such as organizational strategic objectives, department vision, team building activities, incentives, rewards, career development discussions, recognition, and communication to inspire and motivate team members to achieve performance expectations, and increase overall engagement.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of specific sourcing and account management practices by inspecting processes and quantifying conversion and return on investment in order to determine viability.
