Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- College degree preferred.
- 2+ years foreclosure experience required.
- 3+ years direct foreclosure or mortgage servicing related experience required.
- Proficiency of Black Knight/LPS required.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office- Outlook and Excel.
- Must be proficient in Adobe/FoxIt PDF editor.
- Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in an environment of changing priorities by maintaining a daily worklist in addition to other assignments.
- Excellent computer and internet skills.
- Must be a self-starter with excellent time management skills and be able to work with general supervision applying established procedures and specific standards.
- Required to work in physical office location.
Responsibilities
- Timely and accurately review, validate, and execute documents related to foreclosure actions.
- Provide clear, concise feedback to foreclosure firms on documents that require revision.
- Calculate, prepare, compile, and provide judgment figures and other debt information to attorneys.
- Ensure accounts are properly documented with accurate and comprehensive status updates.
- Follow established company guidelines, department policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all investor requirements.
- Identify opportunities to shorten timelines, drive performance and minimize losses for the department, company, clients, and investors.
- Potentially may testify at deposition/trial in person, by telephone, or Zoom.
- Assist on other projects as assigned by management.
- Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor.
