Requirements
- Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance
- Bachelors Degree
- FOURTEEN (14) years overall professional experience
- TEN (10) years of experience in a Working Capital Fund environment dealing with Depot Maintenance, Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, or Financial Management
- FIVE (5) years of leadership experience in a Working Capital Fund environment dealing with Depot Maintenance, Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, or Financial Management
- THREE (3) years of experience in academic instruction.
Responsibilities
- Attend regular meetings with Government customers to discuss workload, contract performance, and emergent issues.
- Assure quality control implementation.
- Produce required contractual and programmatic reports, briefs, and training material.
- Implement and exercise quality – control measures over Contractor staff to deliver services and products on budget and schedule per SOW requirements.
- Be responsible for portions of the project personnel, delivery of reports, and other deliverables.
- Implement short (tactical) and long term (strategic) work plans to ensure work performance.
- Be responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards.
- Coordinate with Government customer for assignment of work schedules.
- Review and remediate work discrepancies.
- Supervise Contractor personnel, communicate policies and organizational goals.
- Responsible for ensuring all incoming contractors are adequately trained for contract positions.
- Be responsible for contract performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
