Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- Minimum four years of transportation engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Proficiency in Microstation, AutoCad, and Civil3D software
Responsibilities
- Perform storm drainage analysis and design
- Conduct drainage analysis and design per the project’s requirements and various transportation public agencies
- Provide hydraulic analysis for cross-drainage structures and incorporate the results in the design of roadways and bridges
- Design of stormwater management systems, storm drain systems, open channel conveyance, culvert analysis, bridge hydraulics, and floodplain compensation
