Requirements
- Working knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of department/field
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Establishes effective working relationships at the work group level
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
Responsibilities
- Provides a wide range of support within a functional area.
- Sets up and maintains project files.
- Processes the requests of agency letters and other documentation for DRE.
- Arranges for a team meeting with client, attorney, engineer, management company, etc., to discuss project plan.
- Prepares all forms required with the application, except management documents and budgets. Title officer should prepare title documents when possible.
- Reviews the project package and submits forms and documents to client for signatures.
- Calendars and controls the schedule/progress so that we always know when the client needs to go to the next step.
- Prepares and submits package when complete.
- Reviews deficiency letters and obtains documents needed to reply.
- Follows subdivision department rules and procedures.
- Maintains awareness of new regulations, policies and forms relating to DRE.
- Follows functional area’s processes and procedures in daily activities, troubleshoot as needed and recommend suggestions for continuous improvements to overall operations.
- Actively contributes to the results of a team and works toward achieving goals and objectives.
