Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in program coordination, operations, or recruitment support, preferably within an early careers or talent development context.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data management and reporting tools, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate operational processes for North American Early Careers programs, including onboarding, scheduling, background checks and program logistics.
  • Meet with internal clients and facilitate workshops.
  • Support the recruitment and hiring processes by managing candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate data and generate reports related to program performance, hiring metrics, and participant feedback.
  • Collaborate with the North American Programming Specialist to ensure the successful delivery of program events, workshops, and networking opportunities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal clients and participants, providing timely responses and addressing inquiries related to programming and hiring processes.
  • Assist in the development and facilitation of program materials, communications, and resources.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations.
