Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (ideally in Business, HR or Technology)
- Proven success in a fast-paced, global organization
- Other-worldly organizational skills for planning, program management, relationship management
- Ability to work in a group and autonomously
- Commitment to a degree of travel (about 10%)

Responsibilities
- Work closely with campus recruiters and committees for recruitment events
- Lead the interview process
- Manage the program budget working alongside Early Talent leadership and key partners in Technology
- Assess talent, leverage KPIs, place students, and determine new graduate rotational opportunities
- Help place students when they graduate from the program
- Collaborate and connect with technology and business teams to assess needed skills and build a recruitment strategy
