Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Business, or other related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Creative thinking skills and a passion for making learning interesting and fresh
- Minimum of two years related professional experience in course development for adult learning audiences
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience with e-learning content creation tools
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
Responsibilities
- Planning, developing, and implementing learning courses/projects
- Communicating and working closely with subject matter experts, gathering information to ensure quality and accurate training
- Assessing the needs of the learners and developing effective content that targets those needs
- Developing eLearning, videos and webinars, including scripting and storyboarding
- Writing, editing and proofreading content for correct grammar, punctuation, style and accuracy
- Determining how best to deliver training content
- Continually evaluating the performance of existing training and updating as needed
- Leading projects from infancy to completion
