Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Education, or related area – Preferred
• 1 year of ROPS MS Collection experience – Required
• Effective training and presentation skills – Required
• Passion for training and people development – Required
• Effective planning and time management skills – Required
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook – Required
• Independent judgement and decision-making skills – Required
• Excellent interpersonal skills – Required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Required

Responsibilities

• Delivers informal and formal learning solutions in a manner that is both engaging and effective.
• Prepares for training delivery for in-person and remote solutions
• Delivers training using various learning methodologies with moderate supervision
• Encourages participation and builds learner motivation
• Delivers constructive feedback, escalating issues to leadership as needed
• Participates in training projects and activities, using learning metrics and analytics to measure the impact.
• Collaborates with leadership, program sponsors and other resources
• Helps maintain the existing Curriculum Plan
• Assists in analyzing and interpreting evaluation data
• Assists with onboarding of new teammates and adjunct trainers
• Reviews new hire lists and coordinates onboarding and learning advisor activities
• Updates reporting dashboards, calendars, new hire lists and teammate trackers for their respective areas of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications
