Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or an equivalent STEM related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 Years of experience with a bachelor’s degree; Minimum of 0 Years with master’s degree; Minimum of 0 Years experience with PhD for Electrical Engineer.
  • Minimum of 5 Years of experience with a bachelor’s degree; Minimum of 3 Years with master’s degree; Minimum of 0 Years experience with PhD for Principal Electrical Engineer.
  • Ability to obtain a Security Clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite).
  • Strong interdisciplinary problem-solving skills, demonstrated by frequent and successful application of technical standards, theories, concepts, and techniques.
  • Experience with lab test equipment such as function generator, oscilloscope, multi-meter, spectrum analyzers, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Support design, integration, test, and document operations of hardware components and high-level systems.
  • Support operations and maintenance of fielded SIGINT systems.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary engineering team to upgrade and improve developmental and fielded systems to maximize uptime and capabilities.
  • Develop and execute troubleshooting procedures for use in real time operations, OCONUS test sites, and System Integration Labs (SILs).
  • Interface and collaborate with customers, end users, operators, and Field Service Representatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A background in test, design, and integration.
  • Knowledge of RF system components & functions.
  • Proficient with RF test equipment.
  • Experience in cable design and testing.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
  • Experience with schematic design tools (e.g. Mentor Graphics, Zuken, etc.).
  • Knowledge and familiarity with Windows and Linux Operating Systems, specifically the ability to execute in command line and rapidly navigate both operating systems.
  • Experience with networking and system architecture.
