Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience with general research, and analysis
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, or PowerPoint
  • Experience conducting research and analyses
  • Experience researching, developing, and presenting individual and team products
  • Knowledge of the DoD
  • Knowledge of the EMS
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Analyze every aspect of customers’ operations
  • Identify elements that work best in the client environment and areas for improvement
  • Work on a path forward with team leads, team partners, the client, and senior decision makers
  • Support Department of Defense (DoD) research and analysis
  • Assist with the development of policies and capabilities that support implementation, operations, and sustainment of the Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) Enterprise
  • Develop briefs, issue papers, and white papers
  • Provide meeting support
  • Assist the team in responding to client inquiries and tasks via formal DoD processes
  • Work with government organizations to assess, analyze, design, and implement recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience with general research, and analysis
  • 2+ years of experience with information technology
  • Experience with data management and data analytics
  • Experience working in a DoD environment, including with military departments, Joint Staff, Combatant Command, Service, or Agency IT organizations and environments
  • Knowledge of Defense Command, Control, and Communications (C3)
  • Knowledge of DoD EMS, Electromagnetic Warfare, and wide data solutions
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and risk management, Cloud infrastructure and machine learning, and project management principles and best practices
  • Ability to conduct analysis of data and present findings with recommended courses of action
  • Top Secret clearance
