Electromagnetic Spectrum Analyst

1+ year of experience with general research, and analysis
Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, or PowerPoint
Experience conducting research and analyses
Experience researching, developing, and presenting individual and team products
Knowledge of the DoD
Knowledge of the EMS
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree

Analyze every aspect of customers’ operations
Identify elements that work best in the client environment and areas for improvement
Work on a path forward with team leads, team partners, the client, and senior decision makers
Support Department of Defense (DoD) research and analysis
Assist with the development of policies and capabilities that support implementation, operations, and sustainment of the Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) Enterprise
Develop briefs, issue papers, and white papers
Provide meeting support
Assist the team in responding to client inquiries and tasks via formal DoD processes
Work with government organizations to assess, analyze, design, and implement recommendations

2+ years of experience with general research, and analysis
2+ years of experience with information technology
Experience with data management and data analytics
Experience working in a DoD environment, including with military departments, Joint Staff, Combatant Command, Service, or Agency IT organizations and environments
Knowledge of Defense Command, Control, and Communications (C3)
Knowledge of DoD EMS, Electromagnetic Warfare, and wide data solutions
Knowledge of cybersecurity and risk management, Cloud infrastructure and machine learning, and project management principles and best practices
Ability to conduct analysis of data and present findings with recommended courses of action
Top Secret clearance
