Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must have as a minimum (8) eight years hands-on experience in the field of electronics.
- Experience must include operational, maintenance and team lead work assignments.
- Previous Intrusion Detection System experience.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on intrusion detection and surveillance systems of various types and manufacturers
- Recommend solutions to design problems.
- Perform system tests and analyzing results, modifying equipment or installations to improve performance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates degree in electronics technology or a two-year civilian technical electronics curriculum or a four-year trade apprenticeship-training program in electronics or graduate of a military Class “A” electronics school.
- MS Server, Windows, Cisco, Security + and/or Tower Climber certifications a plus but not required.
