Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred with a minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in email marketing or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, CCPA, and GDPR email regulations
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred
- Experience with SQL
- Familiarity with HTML and AMPscript
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
- Ability to problem solve and pay meticulous attention to detail
- Adept at multi-tasking
- Ability to work in-office in a Monday through Friday schedule
Responsibilities
- Execute email marketing best practices
- Build, edit, and update email templates within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Create the strategic vision of journeys or ad hoc campaigns, including lead generation, revenue campaigns, informational sends, etc.
- QA (review) and deploy email campaigns or journeys using SFMC
- Collaborate with marketing managers, designers, copywriters, and project managers to see the project through the process, deployment, and analysis
- Provide reporting on email campaigns
- Continuously build upon previous success to learn and drive additional revenue (including A/B testing, personalization, etc.)
- Maintain the email send calendar and meet deadlines for target launch dates
- Performs other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred
- Experience in the Hospitality/Tourism industry is preferred
