Requirements
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Currently registered as a Certified Nurse Assistant in South Carolina; must be current in the Nurse Aide Registry or have an Emergency Medical Tech Certification or equivalent.
- Must have current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Must be able to follow directions and to perform work according to department standards when no directions are given.
- Must be emotionally mature and able to function effectively under stress.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine duties within the limits of training and certification in caring for the hospitalized patient under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Perform other duties related to the work described herein.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in a hospital or medically related environment.
