Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ ER/urgent/specialty care veterinary client service experience, preferred
- Understanding of veterinary workflows, procedures, and medical terminology
- A curious and motivated energy
- Interest in collaborating with the teams across the Partner network
- Ability to quickly process, analyze, and react to unplanned and emergent medical situations without delay, so as to ensure the safety of team members and patients
Responsibilities
- Communicate with patience and compassion to clients with an ‘I can help’ approach
- Support and facilitate team and client communication and coordination
- Update team members, other services, and the referring community on patient cases
- Accurately enter service charges in the processing database
- Complete end of day financial tasks
