Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of IT concepts, including application development, project planning, and data management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day application support
- Learn to identify, analyze, and apply information technology business practices to support strategic business process and plans.
- Participate as required to design, develop, test, and integrate technology.
- Participate in the implementation of information technology and business processes.
- Support, evaluate, and continuously review the latest industry Emerging Technology.
- Perform activities accordingly to project plans and schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Prior internship experience in IT or related field.
- Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, Microsoft Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.
- Knowledge of Agile or SCRUM methodologies.
- Experience with Generative AI technologies (e.g., prompt engineering, data chunking, and embedding).
