Requirements
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook.
- Strong service orientation.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability and desire to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to coordinate a variety of activities simultaneously and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Must be a Junior or Senior with a minimum of 3.0 GPA.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to recruitment efforts including career fairs
- Provide administrative support for HRIS and other record-keeping systems
- Assist with employee benefits administration
- Assist with promotion and administration of the corporate wellness program
- Support all programs to enhance the overall employee experience
- Prepare materials and support the onboarding process for new employees
- Complete physical and electronic file maintenance
- Assist with planning and running employee events
- Provide support for both online and classroom-based training programs
- Foster positive relationships with other Redwood Credit Union employees
