Requirements

  • Proven experience leading and executing revenue-driving initiatives in sales, marketing, or growth functions.
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to drive projects from strategy to execution.
  • Ability to synthesize data, identify opportunities, and take a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional ability to craft messaging, train teams, and develop enablement resources.
  • Experience working across teams to align growth initiatives and drive business impact.
  • Excited by the challenge of building from the ground up and navigating ambiguity with flexibility.
  • 4+ years in a growth, product marketing, revenue strategy, or sales enablement role, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or financial services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies that drive revenue, adoption, and engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to refine sales processes, improve conversion rates, and enhance client retention.
  • Create and deploy playbooks, training materials, and frameworks to equip client-facing teams with the tools they need to succeed.
  • Define messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies to effectively communicate ModernFi’s value proposition to financial institutions.
  • Work closely with sales, institution success, and product teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives.
  • Track and evaluate key growth metrics, continuously iterating to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
