Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in sales enablement leadership, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Expertise in designing impactful training programs and strategies.
- Skilled communicator across all leadership levels, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale enablement teams and programs.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills with a track record of managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to translate vision into actionable initiatives and collaborate across teams.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert (SME) on the role’s needs.
- Identify training gaps through assessments, call monitoring, and learner feedback to enhance skills.
- Partner with sales leadership (frontline to VP) to design and validate enablement strategies.
- Equip AMs with essential knowledge, including engagement rules, value-based selling, product insights, and financial acumen.
- Create content to drive immediate and long-term behavior changes.
- Deploy tailored learning experiences with SMEs and ensure meaningful growth through Sales Play Labs, whiteboarding exercises, and skill-building activities.
- Measure success by correlating behaviors with outcomes, such as self-sourced opportunities, deal size increases, and bookings growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a direct sales environment and familiarity with sales models.
- Knowledge and experience with Adobe products.
- Background in customer and partner collaboration.
