Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of related industry experience, ideally 2 years of experience in a customer facing role
- Minimum of 2 years experience with modern scripting languages (e.g. Python, Node.js, SQL) and/or popular programming languages (e.g. C/C++, Java, C#) in a professional capacity
- Minimum of 3 years of engagement within the learning industry
- Experience implementing scalable and highly available distributed systems in the cloud and on-prem
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical and business concepts in a clear and compelling manner to technology and business leadership
- The ability to travel up to 30%. This will include travel for 1 week to Chicago per month as well as team offsites
Responsibilities
- Identifying the training needs of the Solutions Architects team through various methods including interviews with executive leadership, surveys, and collaboration with other enablement professionals
- Creating customized learning paths based on product, market, or business line focus, and developing training content for the MongoDB Enablement team’s platforms
- Managing projects across functional teams, including Learning & Development or Sales Enablement, overseeing the delivery of training, coaching, and development programs, and facilitating sessions are also key responsibilities
- Securing leadership support for Go-To-Market initiatives and enablement efforts, provide consistent feedback from the field to Go-To-Market strategies, processes, and practices, and maintain regular communication to share and validate enablement plans with senior sales leaders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in selling databases or deploying applications across major cloud platforms
- Expertise in database programming and understanding data models
- A MongoDB Certification
