Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in market research and strategic planning, with a focus on the healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize multiple data sources and key performance metrics to develop insights and recommendations.
- Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and tools.
- Experience in developing and presenting data-driven narratives to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including creative, client engagement, and medical.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on distinct projects.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Utilize multiple data sources and key performance metrics to develop points of view, identify areas for additional probing, and determine implications for the client’s product/service with supporting rationale.
- Gain a clear understanding of standard qualitative and quantitative research tools and their purpose.
- Use data effectively to ‘tell a story’ and develop an understanding of how to communicate information effectively with clients.
- Seek input and build relationships across functional areas and cross-functional teams to resolve and overcome complications.
- Provide support in developing channel-specific strategies (e.g., social, CRM, website, paid media, apps, rep-delivered, and more).
- Proactively identify areas for further development, seek new challenges, and solicit feedback.
- Problem-solve, troubleshoot challenges, and complete distinct projects without supervision.
- Proactively identify opportunities to support the strategy team.
- Continuously seek to improve client work and actively ask provocative questions that lead to new lines of thinking.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of data tools, third-party data sources, search tools, and other resources to gather key data and insights.
- Effectively leverage segmentation studies to identify relevant data and information in developing customer/segment channel and engagement profiles.
- Assist in assembling proposals, pre-reads, exercise materials, and synthesis of summary/outcomes with guidance.
- Provide support in pitch processes (e.g., identifying and pulling relevant reports, assisting in the setup and execution of research, and more).
