Requirements

• Engineer Systems: 2 Years with Bachelors in Science; 0 Years with Masters
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering
• Experience with Cameo or MagicDraw
• Proven ability to comprehend/develop/decompose System Architecture and System Requirements (from System Specifications high-level requirements to the lowest level) in a model-based environment
• Experience with Requirements Impact Assessments, Change Requests, and Engineering Change Proposals
• Proven ability to understand software systems interface documentation, interconnect diagrams, military standards
• Active Secret clearance to start

Responsibilities

• Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems
• Perform analysis at all levels of total system product to include concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal
• Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints
• Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical experience with IAMD: C2 with understanding of weapons, sensors, distributed computing and these systems’ impact on a command-and-control system’s architecture, requirements, and interfaces for communications between these systems
• Systems Engineering Experience in an Agile environment
• Experience with Jira
• Link-16 Experience
• Familiarity with weapon systems and sensors such as: PATRIOT, Sentinel, G/ATOR, etc.
