Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing and growing engineering teams (3-10 engineers), with a focus on Growth engineering practices and data-driven experimentation
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with a focus on full stack development, experimentation platforms, and analytics-driven decision-making
- Deep experience working with analytics, experimentation, and iterative product development, using data to inform priorities, measure outcomes, and drive decision-making
- Proven ability to identify key growth levers, design and execute experiments, and evaluate impact using statistical analysis
- Strong collaboration with product, operations, and data teams to drive patient engagement
- A relentless focus on metrics, ensuring engineering decisions align with business goals, user engagement, and measurable impact
Responsibilities
- Drive the team to solve hard problems like uncovering care gaps and predicting future risk with deep analysis of patient records
- Synthesize rich, pre-visit clinical summaries for NPs using LLMs over past patient records
- Harmonize reporting of engagement and in-home visits for millions of patients across the largest US health plans
- Detect and prevent medical data errors with automated validation and anomaly detection
- Build Sprinter’s data warehouse from the ground up to unify vast clinical, operational and logistics data
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in health tech, healthcare operations, or logistics (supply/demand, forecasting, inventory, routing, scheduling)
- Experience managing multiple engineering teams or engineering managers
- Experience managing in mid-stage or growth-stage startups, particularly in highly iterative, experiment-heavy, or performance-focused environments
- Understanding of data privacy, HIPAA compliance, and security best practices in healthcare or other regulated industries
